With an initial start in 2005, Six D Consulting Services arrived and became the premier, client-facing consulting firm of the highly regarded Six Disciplines methodology in North America. What started with a team of two and a few clients, Six D grew to a team of highly competent and skilled consultants and nearly 100 full-time clients.
In 2022, Six D Consulting underwent a name change to differentiate themselves from the Six Disciplines methodology as their service offerings began to develop into more niche markets. Keeping their "sights" on their customer's "strategic insights", led to the distinctive company name change to "Strategic In/Sight Partners."
The company has its roots in Findlay, Ohio but it serves the clients where the need exists. InSight helps organizations on the journey to improve engagement and performance by providing strategic planning and execution services and Baldrige Performance Excellence Program (BPEP) support services. Additionally, InSight also provides value-added services in the areas of executive coaching, process improvement, analytics, TRSA Hygienically Clean Certifications and leadership development.
Today, the firm’s ownership is under the direction of Dan Gonder. Dan is committed to the success of their clients through the hard work of the Strategic In/Sight Partners Team.
